elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"afe9b7d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe indemnity claim shall be submitted by a client or shareholder of the member, or his agent, following fulfilling all the supporting data and documents, as well as the procedures taken by the complainant against the defendant company, within thirty days of the date the client or shareholder discovered the incident originating the indemnification.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f235d53 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f235d53\" tabindex=\"0\">General Attachments<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2421\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2421\"><p>The documents required to be attached with the indemnification claim, whether the claim is filed against one of the member companies operating in the field of securities, or against one of the member companies whose securities or financial instruments are listed on the Egyptian Exchanges, as follows:<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Proof of identity of the complainant.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A proof of the complainant\u2019s demand to the company complained against for his entitlements, together with notification of the Financial Regulatory Authority regarding the complaint.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evidence of investigations conducted into the complaint by the Financial Regulatory Authority or by any judicial authority, if any, or evidence of the conclusion of such investigations.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evidence of any judicial action taken by the complainant, if any.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A duly completed complaint form, filled in clearly, submitted to the Fund, and duly signed.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Filling out the attached complaint form legibly, submitting it to the Fund, and signing it<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2422\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2422\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"pbmit-cleanfin-icon pbmit-cleanfin-icon-up-arrow\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"pbmit-cleanfin-icon pbmit-cleanfin-icon-thin-download-arrow\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Special Attachments<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2422\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2422\"><p><strong>First<\/strong>: Documents required to be submitted by complainants along with the complaint against companies operating in the field of securities:<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copies of account opening contracts between the complainant and the respondent company.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copies of cash deposit or withdrawal receipts.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copy of the complainant\u2019s cash account statement extracted from the accounting system of the respondent company.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copies of purchase or sale orders.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copies of purchase or sale invoices.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Statement of the complainant\u2019s trading movements issued by Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Client\u2019s securities balance issued by the custodian or by Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Client account movement with a specific custodian.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Statement of valuation of the complainant\u2019s securities portfolio extracted from the accounting system of the member engaged in portfolio formation and management activities (the respondent), at a specified date.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any other documents supporting the grounds for indemnification.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any other documents that the Committee deems necessary for the complainant to provide.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Second<\/strong>: Documents required to be submitted by complainants along with the complaint against companies whose securities or financial instruments are listed on the Egyptian Exchange:<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Statement of the complainant\u2019s balance of the securities subject of the complaint, issued by Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR) or by the custodian, as of the date of the compulsory delisting of the securities, in case of a complaint concerning compulsory delisting.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Statement of the complainant\u2019s balance of subscription rights in the company\u2019s capital increase, issued by Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR) or by the custodian with whom such rights are maintained, as of the last business day prior to the date of delisting such subscription rights before their due date, in case of a complaint concerning the delisting of subscription rights before maturity.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Document evidencing the bankruptcy of the Fund member, in case of a complaint concerning the member\u2019s bankruptcy.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A certified true copy of the final judgment, in case of a complaint concerning final judgments rendered in favor of holders of freely traded securities or financial instruments in cases of fraud or gross negligence.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any other documents that the Committee deems necessary for the complainant to provide.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column
